“Since we started using Howspace, we've noticed a significant improvement in participant engagement and learning. They come better prepared, ask deeper questions, and the discussions during course days are of much higher quality. Additionally, they can immediately apply the knowledge they've gained.”

Common questions

No. Courses and introductory training are useful, but they cover only a small part of how people adopt a new way of working. AI Enablement is a six-month programme built around peer learning and repeated application to real work. It helps people move from knowing about AI to using it in their roles.

Yes. AI Enablement helps you put an existing AI strategy, policy, or leadership plan into practice. If your organisation has not yet decided what it wants from AI, that direction should come first.

No. The programme provides the structure, activities, and guidance an L&D, People, or Transformation lead needs to run it. Internal AI experts should act as (or be trained as) champions, who then support colleagues in applying AI across their teams.

The programme runs for six months. Most employees take part in the sessions and tracks relevant to them. You will also need one named programme owner and a group of champions who can commit time to preparing and hosting activities. As a planning guide, the current programme design assumes around 5 to 7 hours per month for champions.

The programme starts with a company-wide survey and an eight-level AI maturity assessment. The assessment is repeated during the programme, using the same scale, so you can see movement from the baseline alongside participation and reported obstacles.
