AI Enablement

Overview

AI Enablement is a pre-built program that drives AI adoption across an entire organization. It takes a whole workforce from AI-curious, or AI-anxious, to using AI confidently in everyday work. You copy the program into your own Howspace, tailor it to your context, and run it with your own people.

It costs 4,500 EUR a year, flat, whether you put 200 people through it or 10 000.

How it works

• Everyone starts from a known point. A company-wide survey and a self-rated maturity assessment show leadership exactly where the organization stands before anything begins.
• Your own champions run it. The program recruits them from across the business and forms them as a community over three sessions, so you never need an outside trainer.
• Three tracks repeat by function. People demo how they use AI and everyone tests it live, teams rebuild a real process with AI, and groups work on new solutions.
• It measures itself. Maturity is re-scored against the same eight-level scale used at baseline, and a leadership dashboard shows participation, obstacles and movement.

Pricing

4,500 EUR per year, flat. The price does not move with the number of people you put through the program. Requires Base Subscription.
